I am a hardworking, intelligent sales person and have spent my working life in sales and recruitment in West Sussex. I have become very knowledgeable in most aspects of recruitment in West Sussex in addition to developing a strong ability to increase business and close sales. Having held several branch manager positions in West Sussex I am also experienced in managing staff. I am keen to take on a new challenge in recruitment in West Sussex. I am excellent with computers and find I take quickly to any package presented to me.

My main responsibilities in this challenging position include establishing relationships with West Sussex businesses, as well as companies further afield, maintaining a good working knowledge of vacancies in West Sussex and recruitment in West Sussex and ensuring the smooth running of the branch through effective management of the team. Our major focus is West Sussex recruitment which I believe that I have assisted by making sure that I attend local networking events and conferences. I have been able to significantly increase our West Sussex business as well as business as a whole. My best achievement has been to establish a relationship with West Sussex County Council. We have been able to fill these public sector jobs very effectively.

During my time here we specialised in temporary recruitment in West Sussex. I was responsible for a team of 8 ensuring they remained motivated and effective. I set achievable targets and a reward system to increase staff morale.
